Scope of Work:
- Answer clients and owners’ calls professionally.
- Establish a strong relation of trust by professionally answering clients’ inquiries and settling disputes, and always adhering to the department and company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients through various channels (emails, calls and face to face).
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration or relevant
- Communication and organizational skills along with MS Office knowledge.
- Languages: English, Arabic and German or French
